Bahlul Zeynalli

He was born in Nakhchivan city and received his secondary education at M.T. Sidqi Secondary School No. 4 in Nakhchivan city and N. Narimanov Secondary School No. 45 in Baku. In 2013, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Nakhchivan State University with a degree in Economics. He is married and has one child.
