In Azerbaijan, it is planned to keep the minimum wage at the current level — 400 manats — next year.
This is reflected in the draft of the 2026 state budget package.
The document states: “Revenues from mandatory state social insurance contributions paid by individuals engaged in self-employment (excluding payments related to employees) are projected at 103.5 million manats in 2026, based on a minimum monthly wage of 400 manats.”
