Business trip certificates can now be issued electronically in ƏMAS
A new functionality has been launched in the “Labour and Employment” subsystem (ƏMAS) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, enabling employers to issue business trip certificates electronically.
Through the newly created “Business Trip Certificates” section in ƏMAS, employers can now complete the process of formally arranging employees’ business trips entirely electronically.
This innovation simplifies the documentation process, ensures the secure storage of information in a unified electronic environment, and enables procedures to be carried out more efficiently.
The new functionality also aims to reduce the administrative burden on employers, accelerate document circulation, and further improve the digital management of employment relations.
