As of November 1 this year, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan increased by 4.8% compared to the beginning of the year, reaching 845.4 thousand.
This was reported by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the data, over 10 months, the number of active VAT payers rose by 9% to 57.6 thousand, while the number of active business entities (facilities) increased by 5.7% to 229.8 thousand.
