As a result of the long-term efforts of AZE Finance employee Raci Aslanov, a customs payment issue was successfully resolved.
To transfer a customs duty payment of 550 AZN that had been mistakenly paid to the wrong category by the client, numerous appeals were submitted to the relevant authorities. Following nearly a year of correspondence and phone discussions, the funds were successfully redirected to the correct VAT category.

This outcome once again demonstrates the importance of professional support in resolving complex tax and customs-related matters.
