The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population continues to implement new changes to the EMAS subsystem for the benefit of employers. In November, the process of uploading a criminal record certificate to the EMAS subsystem in the form of an electronic document was carried out. Before that process, the employer also had the opportunity to obtain an employee's health certificate (Form 86) from the EMAS subsystem. According to the latest changes to the EMAS subsystem, in the event that an employee temporarily loses his ability to work, information on the sick leave drawn up in a medical institution will be automatically uploaded to the EMAS subsystem.
To familiarize yourself with the information on the sick leave of employees, the employer must enter the “Sick Leave Register” subsection of the “EMAS” section in the EMAS subsystem:
The employer can use the “Sick Leave Notifications”, “Sick Leave” and “Certificates on Application” subsections in the “Sick Leave Register” section. This section reflects most of the information recorded in the employee's sick leave (information about the employee, type of disability, regime, violation of the regime, etc.).
