The transfer of state duties to the budget and their accounting are being digitized

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the "Regulation on the Information System for Electronic Management of State Duties (e-duties)." In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decree.
This regulation defines the legal, organizational, and technological foundations for the operation of the "Electronic Management of State Duties (e-duties)" information system. The system ensures the efficient, timely, and transparent operation of entities (institutions) collecting state duties, as well as the interaction with individuals and legal entities through digital and information communication technologies. It also ensures the systematic and accessible nature of the services provided and the stored data.
The implementation of the system includes submitting "e-notifications" for transferring state duty revenues to the state budget, receiving information on the calculated state duty revenues in real-time from the relevant authority (institution), accepting information on requests related to overpaid or incorrectly withheld state duties, improving the efficiency of the process for reviewing such requests, digitizing and optimizing the processes for controlling and accounting for the transfer of state duties to the state budget, and ensuring reporting on the calculated state duty revenues. The owner and operator of the system is the Ministry of Finance.
The costs for the management, development, and operation of the system are financed from the state budget, service fees as provided by law, and other sources not prohibited by law.
