The amount of concessional loans allocated to farmers has risen sharply
During January–July of this year, the Agricultural Credit and Development Agency financed the sale of 6,255 units of agricultural machinery.
According to the report of the Agricultural Research Center, in the first seven months of the current year, 3,457 applications from the agricultural sector were granted loans amounting to 66.6 million manats. Compared to the same period of 2024, the number of loan recipients increased by 37.1%, while the total loan volume rose by 43.5%.
Breakdown of loan allocations by purpose:
- loans for machinery and equipment – 50.2 million manats (+36%),
- concessional loans – 6.1 million manats (+12.7 times),
- microloans – 10.3 million manats (+14.4%).
