New requirements will be introduced in the legislation regarding “card-to-card” type payment transactions. This was stated by the President of the Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA), Zakir Nuriyev.
He said that despite the new requirements, the development trend of digital payments made with payment cards must be maintained.
According to him, in order to ensure the sustainability of the current development trend, it is necessary to shift cash transactions in the economy more widely into cashless circulation.
