Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities can now grant other individuals indefinite signing authority through the “Kabinetim” section of the sima.az website. The new feature allows entrepreneurs to appoint, entirely digitally, individuals who will carry out tax, customs, banking and other business operations on their behalf.
To grant authorization, users simply need to enter the relevant person's FIN code in the “Kabinetim” section and assign the appropriate role. The authorized person is not required to be employed by the entrepreneur's business. Signing rights can be delegated to both employees and other individuals the entrepreneur works with. The main requirement is that the authorized person holds a SİMA business electronic signature certificate issued under the company's VÖEN (taxpayer identification number).
The authorization is granted indefinitely, and the entrepreneur may revoke it at any time.
The business electronic signature certificate can be obtained online through the SİMA İmza application. First-time users can use the promo code 6MONTHSFREE to access the electronic signature service free of charge for the first six months.
