Transfers from the Oil Fund to the state budget are being reduced, while tax revenues are increasing
Significant changes are expected in state budget revenues by 2030.
According to forecasts, transfers from the State Oil Fund to the state budget are projected to decline to AZN 9.35 billion in 2030. This represents a decrease of AZN 3.485 billion compared with the forecast for 2026.
At the same time, tax revenues are projected to exceed AZN 26 billion in 2030, accounting for 64.8% of total state budget revenues.
These figures are reflected in the projected state budget revenue estimates for 2027–2030.
