ATTENTION! The forms of the declarations and their attachments, as well as the rules for their preparation, have been approved



In connection with the additions and amendments made to the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Law of December 16, 2024, the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has approved changes to the forms of several declarations and their attachments, as well as the rules for their preparation. The newly approved declaration forms and their attachments are as follows:

- The form of Attachments (attachments 3, 4, 5) to the "Value Added Tax Declaration" and the rules for their preparation;
- The form of the "Tax Withheld at Source Declaration" and the rules for its preparation;
- The form of the "Profit Tax Declaration" and the rules for its preparation;
- The form of Attachments (attachments 5 and 8) to the "Profit Tax Declaration" and the rules for their preparation;
- The form of the "Income Tax Declaration" and the rules for its preparation;
- The form of Attachments (attachments 3 and 6) to the "Income Tax Declaration" and the rules for their preparation;
- The form of "Attachment № 1 to the Property Tax Declaration" and the rules for its preparation;
- The form of the "Land Tax Declaration" and the rules for its preparation.
As a result, documents approved in previous years concerning the forms and preparation rules of the relevant declarations have been canceled. You can review the declaration (reporting) forms and the rules for their completion via this link:
