GREAT NEWS! The requirement for approval application for an additional workplace in ƏMAS has been canceled

As we reported, on February 13th this year, a change was made in the ƏMAS sub-system, according to which employees who have signed an employment contract at their primary workplace were required to obtain the employer's approval for working at an additional workplace. This change, which caused dissatisfaction among many of our colleagues, was in contradiction with Article 58, part 3 of the Labor Code. According to part 3 of Article 58 of the Labor Code, obtaining any approval for working at additional workplaces after regular working hours is not required by the legislation.
The good news is that the requirement to obtain the employer's approval for working at an additional workplace in the ƏMAS sub-system has been canceled. Therefore, the additional subcategory added by the employer for the primary workplace has also been removed.
