A new change has been implemented in the EMAS subsystem for the benefit of employers. After this change, employers will be able to obtain information about employees with disabilities in the form of a report. To access this report, it is necessary to go to the "EMAS" section, then to the "Statistical Information" subsection, and select the "Number by Disability Groups" subsection.
In this section, employees with disabilities are classified into three groups based on the impairment of their body functions. Employers can cross-check data regarding the determination of reduced working hours and leave for employees with disabilities based on the report indicators.
