In response to an inquiry, it was stated that under clause 1.14 of the “List of Documents Required to Determine the Right of Individuals to Tax Benefits When Calculating Taxes on Wages,” approved by Resolution No. 4 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 4, 2001, internally displaced persons and individuals with equivalent status are identified based on the certificate of internally displaced person status issued by the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
