The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has revised the schedule for the public announcement of its monetary policy decisions for 2026.
The announcement of the next decision on the interest rate corridor parameters, along with the related press conference, has been moved from August 5, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
In addition, a meeting with experts is also planned to take place on the same day.
It should be noted that at its meeting on June 24, the CBA left all parameters of the interest rate corridor unchanged. The policy rate remains at 6.5%, while the lower and upper bounds of the corridor are maintained at 5.5% and 7.5%, respectively.
