Professional approach – successful result: our next success in the unified declaration


In today’s business environment, one of the key challenges faced by entrepreneurs is the proper preparation of reports related to tax and social insurance payments in accordance with the legislation. Any technical inconsistencies in tax declarations, incorrect data entry, or calculation errors may result in additional financial obligations for entrepreneurs. Therefore, reviewing and analyzing reports with a professional accounting approach is of particular importance.

During the re-analysis and review of the unified declaration for the third quarter of 2025, the existing calculations were thoroughly examined and corrections were made based on the requirements of the legislation and the available financial data. As a result of this professional review, over-calculated amounts related to social insurance payments were identified and eliminated, leading to a total reduction of 1,278 AZN.

The reduction was formed in the following areas:

Mandatory State Social Insurance (MDSS) – 1,050 AZN

Unemployment Insurance – 36 AZN

Compulsory Health Insurance (ITS) – 192 AZN

As a result of accurate calculations and corrections made within the legal framework, the additional financial burden on the entrepreneur was eliminated and a total reduction of 1,278 AZN was achieved.



It should be noted that this process was carried out under the supervision of tax specialist Isax Gasimov by professional accountant Hokuma Yusifova. Thanks to her knowledge and experience in taxation and accounting, as well as her professional analytical approach to financial documentation, the matter was thoroughly reviewed and resolved in a short time in accordance with legal requirements.

Such cases once again demonstrate that a professional approach in taxation and accounting is not limited only to preparing reports for entrepreneurs. Analyzing existing reports, identifying over-calculated liabilities, and legally reducing them are also essential parts of effective financial management.
