President Ilham Aliyev Signs a New Order
President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order “On the Approval of the State Program for the Development of the Mining (Metal Ores) and Metallurgical Industries in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027–2030.”
The Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to coordinate the measures envisaged under the State Program and oversee their implementation, as well as to report once a year to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the status of implementation of these measures.
Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the measures envisaged under the State Program will be carried out by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication upon the request of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the Order, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy are required to take appropriate measures each year to ensure that the necessary financial resources are provided for in the preparation of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan and state investment programs for the purpose of financing the measures envisaged under the State Program.
