GREAT CHANGE for those working a 6-day workweek in the AMAS subsystem
As we reported, the state agency has recently made serious updates for employers in the EMAS subsystem. One of the changes made to the EMAS subsystem is related to the six-day work week. Some time ago, the “Information on the working hours regime” section related to the six-day work week was deactivated in the EMAS subsystem. When an employer hired an employee full-time in a six-day work week, he was forced to choose the same working hours for six days of the week. Human resources experts also informed state agencies about the situation, which caused legitimate dissatisfaction among employers. According to the information provided by the state agency, the application of the restriction mentioned in the EMAS subsystem was not based on the requirements of the legislation, but for technical reasons.
It is gratifying that, according to the changes made by the state agency in the EMAS subsystem, the aforementioned restriction for the six-day work week has been removed. When the employer selects “full-time” and “6-day” in the “type of working time” and “work mode” sections, respectively, it will be possible to automatically enter information in the notes section of the “Information on the working time mode” section. In this case, the employer can make notes regarding the employee’s working time of 7 hours on the first 5 days of the week and 5 hours on Saturday
