NEW section on termination orders in the AMAS subsystem
NEW section on termination orders in the AMAS subsystem: 5 questions – 5 answers

As we reported, a new section has been included in the process of preparing an order for termination of employment in the EMA subsystem. The state agency has enabled the employer to carry out the process related to the cancellation of the authority of an employee whose employment contract has been terminated. The employer must answer “Yes” or “No” to the question “Should the employee’s permissions be deleted?”.
Our colleagues working in the field of human resources have classified the questions of our colleagues working in the field of human resources on the new section prepared when a termination order is created in the EMA subsystem into 5 groups:
Question 1. Should the employer keep a record in that section for all employees whose employment contracts have been terminated?
The state agency has actively defined a new section for all employees whose employment contracts have been terminated in the EMA subsystem.
Question 2. What permissions does the employer cancel when he selects the “Yes” button in the new section?
When the employer selects the “Yes” button in the section on termination of the employment contract, the dismissed employee’s authority will be considered invalid. For example, when the employer selects the “Yes” button in the relevant section when terminating the employment contract of a human resources specialist, all authority granted to that person in the EMA subsystem will be considered invalid. The person whose employment contract is terminated will lose the right to use the authority in the EMA subsystem prior to termination.
Question 3. Should a new section be selected for employees whose authority the employer has not authorized in the EMA subsystem?
When terminating the employment contract of an employee whose authority the employer has not authorized in the EMA subsystem, selecting “Yes” or “No” will have no significance.
Question 4. Are the permissions of persons whose authority is terminated by the employer in the EMA subsystem on other portals also automatically canceled?
When the employer selects the “Yes” button in the new section regarding the employee whose employment contract has been terminated in the EMAS subsystem, only the authorities granted in the EMAS subsystem are suspended. If the employee whose employment contract has been terminated has permission in another portal - for example, to travel to the liberated territories - selecting the “Yes” and “No” buttons will not be relevant to that permission.
Question 5. Which persons will the employer not be able to suspend in the EMAS when the “Yes” button is selected during the termination of the employment contract?
As noted in the thematic training on EMAS, there are two types of user capabilities for employees in the EMAS subsystem: “manager” and “ordinary”. When the employer receives an enhanced electronic signature for an employee in the “manager” status, there is no need to grant these persons any authority in the EMAS subsystem. For this reason, even if a person with an enhanced electronic signature in the "manager" status selects the "Yes" button in the new section when terminating the employment contract, that person's ability to use the EMAS subsystem is not restricted.
