In the EMAS (Automated Labor Code System) subsystem, by what date must the termination of the employment contract be entered at the latest?


When the EMAS subsystem was first created, it was not possible to set the termination date to previous days. Later, the restriction on termination to previous dates was removed. However, if there has been a change in the employment contract of the employee, that date cannot be later than the termination date.
Let's explain the requirements of the EMAS subsystem with examples.

Example 1: An amendment was made to the employment contract of an employee whose salary was increased by the employer on September 1. In this case, the employer cannot execute the termination order on dates before September 1.

Example 2: The position of an employee was changed by the employer on August 17. In this case, the latest termination date cannot be later than August 17.
