Which section did the electronic labor contract system replace in the labor book?


We provided information on how an employer can obtain details about a candidate's previous work experience during the hiring process. Following the new changes, the employer will only be able to access information about the candidate's previous workplaces and positions after the employment contract signed with the candidate comes into legal effect, meaning after the individual obtains the status of an "employee." For this, the employer must access the "Online Employment Contracts Registry" section in the ƏMAS subsystem and navigate to the "Employee's Previous Employment Contracts" subsection.

As seen in the illustration, the "Employee's Previous Employment Contracts" section partially replaces the employee's labor book. In addition to the employee's personal details, the following information is also reflected in this section:

-Employer's Tax Identification Number (TIN);
-Employer's name;
-Contract number;
-Employment start date;
-Termination date;
-Information about primary and secondary workplaces;
-Information on whether the contract is fixed-term or indefinite;
-Termination order number in the ƏMAS system;
-Position;
-Relevant article of the Labor Code that serves as the basis for termination.
